What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you choose to enter. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email instead, we receive whatever your messaging app or email provider sends with that message (for example, your phone number or email address).

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry about a property, a guide or a service listed on this site. We do not use it for automated profiling or unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

The contact form submits to our own backend (hosted on Cloudflare) and the message is delivered to the agent directly; it is not sold or shared with advertisers. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address and browser type) are kept briefly by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read and how fast they load. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other sites. It records page views, the page address, the referring site, country, browser and device type; your IP address is not used to identify you. Cloudflare's description is on its Web Analytics page. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary ones set by our hosting infrastructure to serve the page.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time by writing to property@domhaven.com.
